Booking Terms & Conditions

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS: Early reservations are essential. A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of 25% per person is required (unless otherwise noted) to hold your reservation. Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure. The tour is not fully confirmed until payment in full has been received by First Class Golf Tours

PRICES:All prices quoted by our company unless otherwise clearly indicated are in EURO.

All prices published are strictly subject to availability.

All prices quoted are per person and are based on Twin/Double occupancy.

A single supplement will apply.

Payments must be processed in EURO unless otherwise advised on our website www.firstclassgolftours.com

CANCELLATION CHARGES AND REFUND POLICY: Cancellation of reservations made by you the participant must be in writing to First Class Golf Tours, 18 Meledon Green, Farmleigh, Ireland. Cancellations are subject to the following terms and conditions: from time of informing First Class Golf Tours of your intention to travel (unless otherwise noted);

12 weeks or more prior to departure, 25% of the tour cost per person to include the handling fee & liquidated damages.

8 weeks or less prior to departure, 100% of the tour price per person.

As part of our service promise we will endeavour to garner refunds from our key suppliers in the event of a cancellation. If these are forthcoming we will be delighted to pass them on to you, however please note that such refunds are entirely at the discretion of the suppliers involved.

REFUNDS: All eligible refunds for cancellations will be issued within 30 days of written notification. No refunds are made for any unused portion of any Tour.

Payment Method: Payments may be made by the following:

Credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express)

Debit Card (Maestro, Switch, Electron, Solo and Delta)

Bank Transfer (Bank Transfers to be paid in EURO)

PayPal

A fee of 3% applies to all Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal payments.

In such cases, this fee will be clearly explained before the booking is completed. This fee is NOT charged by First Class Golf Tours, and is charged by the relevant payment processing companies.

Where payments are made by Bank Transfer, clients must make payment in EURO and are liable for any charges incurred by their own Bank in processing this payment.

All payments will be in EURO unless otherwise clearly stated.

Booking Confirmation: On receipt of your payment via the methods stated above, we will email confirmation of your booking with First Class Golf Tours.

The confirmation will clearly state the balance to be paid and the date by which it is due. Please ensure that all details on this confirmation are correct.

In the unlikely event that your confirmation appears to be incorrect or incomplete please contact a member of our team immediately and we will endeavour to make the necessary changes.

First Class Golf Tours reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors after bookings have been confirmed.

INSURANCE: We strongly advise that each person take out adequate travel insurance at the time of booking. This is essential to cover fees lost in the event of cancellation as well as medical care and baggage protection.

CONDITIONS: In event of trip cancellation by First Class Golf Tours, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. First Class Golf Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure. First Class Golf Tours reserves the right to cancel any individuals’ participation in a tour, or any part thereof, by refunding a proportionate balance for the unused portion of the tour. There will be no refunds for any absence from the tour once it commences, that is for such things as missed meals, golf, sightseeing or any other activities in the tour. First Class Golf Tours is not responsible for personal injury, accident, or illness; or for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.

RESPONSIBILITY: Individual participants acknowledge that First Class Golf Tours acts only as the agent for the actual suppliers of transportation and all other travel-related and golf services and accommodations. First Class Golf Tours assumes no responsibility for, and participant hereby releases First Class Golf Tours from, any claim, cause of action, loss, expense, injury or damage that participant may incur relating to the failure by any third party (such as an airline, hotel, transportation service or golf course) to perform its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services; the negligence or wilful misconduct of any third party in connection with the performance of its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services; or any act of God, civil disturbance, conflict, strike, theft, governmental action or any other event or action not within the control of First Class Golf Tours. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the passengers, or changes as a result of unexpected conflicts not indicated in our itinerary.

CAR RENTALS: Drivers must be 23 years of age or older. The maximum age is 75 years. All named drivers must hold relevant licence.

CHANGES: An administrative fee of €25.00 per change per person will be charged for any changes to the itinerary requested by client or travel agent after full payment has been received.

On advancement of the tour deposit to First Class Golf Tours, the depositor (and all participants for whom the deposit is paid) therefore agree to be bound by the above recited terms and conditions.

EXTRAS CONSUMED BY CLIENTS: Please note that all extra’s consumed by clients which are not directly included in Client itinerary, such as Food, Drink, Entertainment, Spa Treatments and Transportation must be paid for directly by you. The elements included in your tour booking with First Class Golf Tours strictly only include the items set out in your confirmation email and invoice.

First Class Golf Tours accept no liability for any charges you consume in relation to any extras outside of your confirmed tour package.

COMPLAINTS: First Class Golf Tours act only as an agent for each hotel/accommodation provider/golf course/tourist attraction/car rental firm/entertainment centre etc. If you have a complaint or experience any problems during your holiday with any aspect of these providers we encourage that you raise your issue with the on duty Manager at that location. If you do not reach an acceptable conclusion during your holiday please notify us in writing or email within 7 days of your date of the conclusion of your tour.
